In 2020 with the acquisition of my first vineyards, 'PAULS', a lifelong dream has come true. I bought Rivaner and Gewürztraminer vineyards in the area of Schengen and Remerschen.
To help me with the workload, I searched for business partners to help me get the self-imposed excess of work done. Fortunately, I found great support in my friend Jeff Konsbrück from JK Winery in Ahn to help me with the cellar work.
Jeff assists me with his great knowledge and experience as he took me in to help me with all the questions and problems a young aspiring winemaker could have. Besides the work in the cellar, we also find a lot of work in the vineyards themselves.
In April 2020, I got a huge opportunity to sign a section of Auxerrois grapes from the Luxembourgish government, which helped us grow to 6 hectares of vineyards. A lot of work needs to be done, as well as replanting certain parts, but each square meter acquired was a great addition to the start of PAULS.
